TO ALL COFFEE HOUR HOSTS
A Reminder of Duties 1. Prepare coffee, tea, juice and set-up cups, glasses etc. Measurement of coffee: 4 cups of coffee for 80 cups of water Tea: 2 tea pots with 3 bags per pot 2. Set up tables and chairs 3. Clean up afterwards The supplies (Coffee, tea, juice, sugar, creamer and instant decaffeinated coffee) are in the pantry, beside the fridge. If you notice something running low, please contact Sharon Morris. Please keep it simple. A supply of cookies is always on hand. You do not have to bring in baked goods however, if you wish to do so that is fine. It is not mandatory. It will be necessary to bring 1 litre of milk and 1 litre of cream though. If your schedule date is not suitable, please try and switch with someone else and notify Valerie in the office at 519 735-4921. This will allow her to check for possible scheduling conflicts and also to update the schedule. If you have a problem or any questions please call Sharon Morris at 519 728-4141. Thank you.
