St. John’s Sandwich Anglican Church Food Bank. 

St. Mark's by-the-Lake is a proud contributor.

• In 2006 the food bank averaged 35 families per month.

• In 2007 they averaged 50 families per month.

• In 2008 they have averaged 75 families per month.

• In September 2008 they provided for 83 families.  The demand is certainly increasing.

This food bank focuses on neighbourhood outreach and assistance.

A list of specific items needed by the bank is located at the church entrance. 

You may have noticed that a food basket is being featured on the altar each Sunday.
